Elvis S. Kwaibiah
Chief Executive Officer
Elvis S. Kwaibiah leads ESK IT Training, the Minnesota-based IT training company behind ESK IT Academy, and directs its expansion into Liberia. He brings nine years of expertise in networking and cloud technologies, built in enterprise, healthcare and financial-services environments across the United States.
Elvis is a Senior Network System Engineer at Infinite Campus. His career includes network and security roles at Ameriprise Financial, WESTconsin Credit Union, UnitedHealth Group, CHS, Comm-Works and Fairview Health Services, spanning infrastructure operations, network security engineering, information security analysis and network operations center work. He studied at St. Cloud State University and Hennepin Technical College.

That experience shapes ESK's approach: practical, lab-based training taught to the standard employers expect, honest guidance on the right path for each student, and support that continues after graduation.

Rhymie M. Kollie
Regional Manager, Liberia
Rhymie M. Kollie is an IT and telecommunications specialist with more than ten years of hands-on experience in system administration, network management, helpdesk operations, and cybersecurity. As Regional Manager, he leads ESK IT Academy's operations in Liberia, overseeing campus readiness at Paynesville Town-Hall, admissions, staff coordination, and partnerships with local employers.

Before joining ESK, Rhymie led enterprise IT infrastructure at AIGC Group Inc., managing ICT support teams, helpdesk operations, Active Directory, and disaster recovery in line with ITIL best practice. At PowerNet/Golden Veroleum, he supported more than 300 users across multiple sites, managing PABX systems, video conferencing, and Cisco network devices. He is a CCNA and ITIL V4 certified and also designs professional websites on Wix.

That mix of frontline support, infrastructure, and service management gives him a clear view of what employers in Liberia expect from new IT hires, and it shapes how ESK prepares its students.

Ehmer Mughal
Senior Solutions Architect
Ehmer Mughal is an acting lead network engineer with more than nine years of experience in enterprise, security and data center technologies, and a Cisco Insider Champion for 2025–2026. At ESK, he designs the technical backbone of the academy: the network environments students train on, and lab setups that mirror real enterprise networks.

His hands-on expertise spans BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VXLAN EVPN, Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, next-generation firewalls and Zero Trust security. He has passed two CCIE lab exams and one CCIE written exam, holds ten CCNP certifications, and is certified by Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks and Juniper. Through ESK's instructor-led mentorship, he helps learners bridge the gap between certification knowledge and real-world implementation with practical labs, production-inspired scenarios and career-focused guidance.

Nelson Wondeyee
Hardware Engineering & Lab Infrastructure Lead
Nelson Wondeyee is a technology and communications professional with hands-on experience across hardware engineering, IT support, and broadcast technology. At ESK, he builds and maintains the academy's workstations, servers, and lab equipment and supports the hands-on sessions where CompTIA A+ students learn to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair real hardware.

Nelson serves as Director of Communications & Technical Services at Nubian FM, where he leads broadcast infrastructure and communications technology strategy. He previously worked as a hardware & software engineer at H-Rannies Tech and as an IT support specialist at GROW INTERNATIONAL, building deep expertise in systems administration, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance. He is currently studying telecommunications engineering at Starz University.
Morris B. George
Head of Communications & Digital Media
Morris B. George is the voice of ESK IT Academy. He leads the academy's social media marketing, public communications, and media relations, bringing experience in radio broadcasting to every campaign, announcement, and interview.

He manages ESK's presence across social platforms, works with radio stations and the press to share news about courses and events, and makes sure prospective students hear clearly what ESK offers and how to enroll.
